WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Serves as a key member of the Finance organization, leading enterprise-wide strategic planning and long-range financial modeling initiatives.
• Owns the development and maintenance of the company’s integrated three-statement financial model, including scenario, sensitivity, and stress-test analyses.
• Partners with executive leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, capital investments, pricing strategies, market expansion opportunities, and cost optimization efforts.
• Leads long-range planning (LRP) and supports the annual strategy refresh process, aligning financial projections with corporate objectives.
• Develops detailed business cases, ROI analyses, and valuation models to support M&A, partnerships, and new product or market entry decisions.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, Commercial, and Accounting teams to validate assumptions and ensure financial alignment.
• Prepares executive, board, and investor-ready materials that clearly articulate financial implications, risks, and value creation opportunities.
• Enhances financial modeling tools, templates, and planning infrastructure to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Monitors macroeconomic, competitive, and industry trends to assess potential financial impact and strategic implications.
• Supports capital structure planning, liquidity forecasting, and debt modeling in partnership with Treasury and senior finance leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification strongly preferred

Skills and Experience

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise, including integrated financial statements, DCF, IRR, and scenario modeling.
• Experience supporting executive leadership, board-level discussions, and high-visibility strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical rigor, executive presence, and ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable strategic insights.

Where you will work

This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Friday and Monday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.

Compensation

The pay range offered for this position is $142200 - $195500 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives
