Location: Katy, TX
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (with occasional evenings/weekends)
Schedule: 12 months | Exempt

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. This role is central to advancing our mission through strong HR strategy, people development, and compliance, while building a culture rooted in integrity, fidelity, and reliability.
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of HR strategy and operations across the district.
- Oversee staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and records management.
- Partner with school leaders to forecast staffing needs, strengthen recruiting, and improve retention.
- Support employee growth, morale, and job satisfaction through ongoing training and development.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws while fostering a positive, mission-driven workplace.
- Continually identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2–3 years of HR management or related experience (education sector experience a plus).
- HR certifications preferred (SHRM, HRCI, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing personnel, budgets, and HR operations.
