Responsibilities
- Advise the Administrator on resident flow and admissions strategy
- Oversee and manage the admissions process from inquiry to admission
- Develop and implement marketing programs for healthcare services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and payers
- Ensure high satisfaction among residents, families, and partners
- Achieve facility census goals and market penetration targets
- Maintain a positive public image within the community
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year admissions experience in a Long-Term Care or Hospital setting required
- Post-high school education preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet census targets
