The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, trustworthy Vending Location Scout to help us identify and secure high-traffic, mission-aligned locations in the Tri-Cities area.
This is a commission-based role ideal for someone who:

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential locations, including:
- Healthcare facilities & medical offices
- Gyms, fitness centers, and wellness studios
- Manufacturing plants & large workplaces
- Schools, colleges, and training centers
- Offices, apartments, and community spaces
- Speak with owners, managers, or decision-makers
- Clearly explain the value of healthy vending with community impact
- Secure location agreements that meet Arise Vending standards
- Coordinate handoff once a location is approved
Compensation
- $500 commission per approved & installed vending machine
- Additional bonuses available for:
- Healthcare, fitness, education, and large workforce locations
- High-traffic or multi-machine placements
- Commission is paid once the machine is delivered and installed
(typically 2–3 weeks after a location agreement is signed)
Top performers can earn $1,500–$3,000 per month based on placements.
Schedule
- Flexible, self-directed hours
- Part-time or full-time
- Evenings/weekends optional
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching businesses in person
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Local knowledge of the Tri-Cities area preferred
- Sales, route sales, real estate, or business development experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
