Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager / Client Relationship Lead to manage and grow manufacturing industry accounts across North America. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and delivering AI, analytics, and engineering solutions to enterprise clients.
This role requires strong consultative sales experience, manufacturing industry expertise, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional global teams to ensure successful client engagement and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen client relationships across manufacturing accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and provide strategic business solutions
- Drive new business development and expand existing accounts
- Partner with delivery and solution teams to ensure successful project execution
- Understand client business challenges and identify growth opportunities
- Present AI, analytics, engineering, and business solutions to clients
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and strategic engagements
- Manage revenue growth and account performance targets
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams for seamless delivery
- Ensure long-term client success and partnership development
