We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to lead client engagement, business expansion, and AI/GenAI solution adoption within a major healthcare account.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
β’ Own and grow strategic healthcare client relationships across the U.S.
β’ Drive revenue growth and margin targets in collaboration with consulting, solution, and delivery teams.
β’ Develop a deep understanding of healthcare operating models, business processes, and value chains.
β’ Identify opportunities for AI and GenAI-led business transformation.
β’ Shape demand, create compelling business cases, and develop AI/GenAI use cases.
β’ Lead proposal development, commercial structuring, and solution positioning.
β’ Influence Director, VP, Procurement, and Executive stakeholders.
β’ Partner with globally distributed consulting and delivery teams.
β’ Ensure successful transition of pilots and POCs into scalable production solutions.
β’ Represent offerings across AI, Advanced Analytics, Engineering & Design, and Behavioral Sciences.

β 10-18 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Presales, or Consulting Services.
β Strong Healthcare Industry Expertise:

β AI / GenAI Expertise:
β’ Large Language Models (LLMs)
β’ Prompt Engineering

β’ Autonomous Agents
β’ Workflow Orchestration
β’ Multi-Agent Systems

β’ Proven success growing large enterprise healthcare accounts.

β’ Comfortable working independently at client sites while coordinating with global teams.
