After that 3 days Onsite/2 days home per weekJob Description:The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with software testing best practices and defect management processes and proven experience in delivering realistic estimates, in scope, and quality products.Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to identifyautomation needs.Review and analyze test automation results to ensure software quality.Mentor and train junior testengineers on automation best practices.Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Monitor and improve the efficiency of test automation processes.Perform testing activities to ensure proper tracking and completion each Sprint and overall releaseWrite and revise test-related management plans and formal test ProceduresPerform functional, exploratory, system, regressionand performance testing.Required SkillsUS citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.Minimum of 8 years experience, or equivalent certifications demonstratingability to perform at this level.Proven experience in software test automation.Leadership experience in testingor QA role.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and leadership abilities.Excellent understanding and experience of test automation frameworks, regression, system, functionaland performance testing.Exceptional collaborative communication skills.Desired SkillsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield.Experience with Agile Development / Scrum frameworkUnderstanding of test-driven development and/or behavior driven developmentFamiliarity with JiraAt Ariel Partners, we solve the most difficult problems that inhibit technology from enabling our customers to achieve their goals.
