Job Summary
Ariel Ocean Logistics is recruiting a qualified Army Logistics Lead / GCSS-Army & Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator for a full-time, on-site federal contract position in Natick, Massachusetts.
This position will support Centralized Receiving and Shipping Point (CRSP) warehouse operations. The selected candidate will perform and oversee receiving, shipping, inventory, material-handling, administrative, and Army logistics functions.
This position is contingent upon Ariel Ocean Logistics receiving the associated federal contract award. Anticipated contract start is October 2026.
Schedule
- Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Approximately 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- On-site in Natick, MA
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Lead/Supervisor for CRSP warehouse support activities.
- Perform receiving, unloading, inspection, storage, picking, issuing, and shipping functions.
- Review shipping manifests and receiving documentation.
- Process and maintain Army logistics transactions using GCSS-Army.
- Perform applicable T-CODE transactions, including receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, posting goods receipts (MIGO), managing storage bins, generating Materiel Release Orders (MROs), and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Support cargo distribution, backhaul, shipment visibility, and inventory accountability.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with required operational reporting.
- Follow all applicable safety, security, and installation requirements.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination of assigned warehouse personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated GCSS-Army experience.
- Relevant Army supply, logistics, warehousing, or material-management experience.
- Experience performing applicable GCSS-Army/T-CODE warehouse transactions.
- Experience operating forklifts and/or Material Handling Equipment.
- Ability to obtain/maintain required MHE operator qualifications for applicable equipment, including equipment up to 26,000-lb cargo capacity/size as required.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including warehouses, loading docks, and storage areas.
- Strong administrative, inventory-control, and leadership skills.
Preferred Background
Former Army logistics/supply personnel—including 92A, 92Y, Army supply technicians, warehouse specialists, and candidates with extensive GCSS-Army experience—are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation
$31.00–$36.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Final compensation and applicable benefits are subject to contract award, applicable federal wage requirements, and final employment terms.
