Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Pay: $24.03/hour base wage, plus $5.42/hour Health and Welfare fringe, up to 40 hours per week

Security Screening Requirement: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Natick installation access and, as required for system duties, a CAC supported by a favorable Tier 1 or equivalent/higher Federal background investigation.

EMPLOYMENT NOTE

• Full-time W-2 position contingent upon contract award. STi is identifying a qualified candidate for proposal submission and rapid post-award onboarding.
• The selected candidate will be proposed as the named individual for this position. The resume must clearly demonstrate the required GCSS-Army, warehouse-lead, and forklift/MHE experience.
• Period of Performance: October 1, 2026–September 30, 2029, inclusive of two option years.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Strategic Technology Institute, Inc. (STi) is seeking a hands-on GCSS-Army Warehouse Lead and MHE Operator to support an Army Centralized Receiving and Shipping Point in Natick, Massachusetts.

This individual will lead a two-person warehouse team while personally performing GCSS-Army transactions, shipping and receiving, inventory-accountability, cargo-handling, and forklift duties. This is a working-lead position—not a desk-only supervisory role.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and perform daily CRSP receiving, shipping, storage, issue, distribution, and backhaul activities.
• Assign and prioritize work for the Administrative Clerk/MHE Operator while maintaining operational coverage.
• Perform GCSS-Army transaction-code functions for receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, MIGO goods receipts, storage-bin management, Materiel Release Orders, and inventory-discrepancy resolution.
• Receive and unload trucks; review manifests; inspect, photograph, document, stage, store, and route incoming cargo.
• Process push shipments, redirect mis-shipments, and coordinate cargo or documentation issues with the Installation Transportation Division.
• Operate the Automated Manifest System and maintain visibility of ISO containers, including Army Container Asset Management System inputs.
• Operate forklifts and other MHE to load, unload, stage, relocate, distribute, and backhaul supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory, transaction, container, and shipping records while ensuring compliance with Government safety and property-accountability procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum two years of directly relevant GCSS-Army warehouse or supply experience demonstrating responsibilities comparable to the solicitation’s WL-07 level
• Experience leading personnel or workflows in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, supply, distribution, or material-handling environment
• Hands-on GCSS-Army transaction-code experience supporting receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, MIGO, storage-bin management, MRO generation, and discrepancy resolution
• Commercial or prior-military forklift/MHE qualification and hands-on operating experience
• Ability to provide evidence of MHE qualification when available, such as an OSHA certification, DA Form 348, OF-346, military operator record, or comparable documentation
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work fully on-site in warehouse, loading-dock, and outdoor storage environments

Important: A site-specific Government license for 36,000-pound-capacity equipment is not required when applying. The selected employee must complete Government-provided site- and equipment-specific licensing before unsupervised operation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Three or more years of Army or DoD warehouse, supply, or distribution experience
• Experience supporting a CRSP, Supply Support Activity, Logistics Readiness Center, Unit Supply operation, or comparable DoD warehouse
• Experience with the Automated Manifest System, Army Container Asset Management System, or ISO-container tracking
• Knowledge of AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-2, AR 735-5, or ATP 4-12
• Prior Army logistics, supply, cargo, or transportation experience, such as 92A, 92Y, 88H, or a related specialty
