We have a new position open at Ariel Clinical Services! Your role at Ariel would be to serve as an Admissions Coordinator! How exciting is that?!
Hiring Range: $21.93-$23.90, depending on qualifications

Our Admissions Coordinator is responsible for facilitating placements into Ariel’s adult services, and recruitment of host homes and foster homes for children. Here is what a day in the life of our Admissions Coordinator entails:
- Market Ariel’s array of programs to individuals seeking services. Provide individualized recommendations based on individuals’ interests, needs, and safety.
- Responsible for responding to referrals; marketing/brokering services to individuals, communicating with families, guardians, and parents. Recruitment of Residential Providers for adults and children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
- Serve as a liaison with Community Center Boards and other referral entities to ensure individual needs are met. Participate in and attend enrollment meetings to ensure coordination of all aspects of residential placements are solidified.
- Develop and maintain an accurate tracking system of activities.
- Implement a marketing plan for achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and strategic plan goals.
- Use advertising and promotional activities including print, electronic, direct mail, and social media for distribution to our customer base. Attend outreach events and other marketing events, representing Ariel.
- Responsible for interviewing prospective providers and their application process. Developing a pool of diverse and desirable placement options and facilitating the process of matching the individual with the optimal services.
- Determine an individual’s funding resources to include Medicaid, social security, medical insurance for residential placement and other community services.
If you are interested in joining our team, here are the key education requirements you will need to know of before you apply. If you are seeking a career as an Admissions Coordinator in the Human Services profession, there is one minimum requirement meeting the Colorado state law. You are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Public Relations OR a minimum of one year Sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ariel has identified the following experiences as value added when you join our team. Please note, these experiences are not requirements for the position, however, will support your role at Ariel! Do you have two years sales related experience? Do you have one year experience in residential/long term care sales? Do you have one year experience with supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities?
Our team members serve adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Therefore, you will need a valid Regular Driver’s License, with an acceptable driving record.
It is essential for us to complete background clearances to ensure the safety and well being of those we serve. Candidates are subject to background investigations listed below:
