Marketing Associate
Location: On‑site, full-time — Dallas Design District, Dallas, TX

Job Summary
Located in the Dallas Design District, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing and managing marketing campaigns, supporting e‑commerce initiatives, and contributing to the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies.
This hands-on position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on brand identity, marketing campaigns, and company growth. The candidate is expected to positively and professionally represent the company, communicate clearly and concisely, provide thorough follow-up, and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, blog content, digital advertising, and website initiatives.
- Measure and report on campaign performance; analyze data to support informed, strategic decision-making.
- Research industry trends, market activity, and competitive insights to support the evolution of marketing strategy.
Content Creation & Brand Execution
- Create on-brand marketing collateral across digital and print channels, including website visuals, email graphics, social content, advertisements, brochures, and other materials.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to design and produce creative assets that align with brand standards.
- Write clear, on-brand copy for blogs, social media, product descriptions, email blasts, press releases, and website content.
Website Development & Management
- Assist the Marketing Manager in establishing a framework for ongoing website development, ensuring a seamless, intuitive user experience for both customers and the sales team.
- Maintain and update website content including project and product photography, product descriptions, blogs, and general copy.
- Assist with SEO tasks, including writing and updating meta descriptions for blogs, products, and portfolio pages.
Social Media & Email Marketing
- Manage all company social media platforms: develop content, design creative assets, schedule posts, respond to engagement, and track performance.
- Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automated email workflows.
Public Relations & Press
- Assist with PR efforts, including preparing press responses, pulling quotes, coordinating with editors, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Help pitch projects, collaborations, and new initiatives to publications and media outlets to secure press coverage.
- Support development of press materials and maintain organized, up-to-date PR assets.
Brand Collaborations & Influencer Support
- Assist the Marketing Manager with securing and managing brand collaborations with designers and influencers.
- Coordinate schedules, photography needs, social content, and logistics for collaborations.
- Support travel planning and onsite needs for hand-selection trips tied to collaborations.
Events & Experiential Marketing
- Assist with planning, executing, and supporting branded events aimed at client engagement and lead development.
- Manage event logistics such as timelines, vendor coordination, invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, and on-site setup and breakdown.
- Support photography and social media coverage during events, ensuring strong post-event content and follow-up.
- Track event performance, engagement, and ROI to help refine future event strategies.
Photography Production
- Schedule and coordinate photoshoots for project photography to enhance the company’s portfolio and social accounts.
- Operate and manage the daily needs of the in-house product photo booth.
- Maintain an organized photography database and ensure assets are properly tagged and archived.
Advertising/SEO
- Create digital ads within brand standards for platforms such as Google, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.
- Support paid advertising campaigns with asset creation, content updates, and performance tracking.
- Assist with SEO initiatives by optimizing meta descriptions, keywords, on-page content, and blog/product/portfolio pages to improve organic search visibility.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Operational Support
- Partner closely with e-commerce, sales, and internal teams to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance overall customer experience both online and in-store.
- Research, test, and help implement new technologies, tools, and systems that support efficiency, sales enablement, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and propose creative solutions that support smoother operations and elevated client experiences.
- Maintain CRM and marketing databases, manage communications, and support general marketing operations.
Administrative & Additional Responsibilities
- Run marketing-related errands (post office, gift store, supplies, etc.).
- May assist e-commerce department by using SlabMaker on SlabSmith to assist the sales team with slab layout and design (no prior experience required).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required.
- Preferred 3 years of experience in Marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred).
- Experience with social media management and content creation for social platforms.
- Strong project and time management skills — able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a flexible, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to uphold brand consistency.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, follow through on tasks, and drive projects to completion.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Self-starter attitude; dependable, trustworthy, and team‑oriented.
- Basic office software competence (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite), and familiarity with POS or CRM systems preferred.
- (Optional but a plus) Spatial awareness or familiarity with designs/layouts, especially if working with interior design or product‑based graphics.
