Entry Level Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a strong ability to engage customers and drive sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in B2B prospecting and representation of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with sales, and addressing any customer concerns.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Engage customers in product demonstrations to promote sales.
• Attend client meetings and stay up to date on campaign news to ensure product availability.
• Learn and exceed daily in a Business-to-Business setting.
• Employ effective interpersonal communication when handling customer inquiries or questions.
• Implement math skills to manage sales reports accurately.
• Promote upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Previous experiences in hospitality or service industries are welcomed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing reports
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative when needed.
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
