Staff Psychotherapist

Aria Counseling, PLLC is seeking staff psychotherapists to join our thriving and collegial practice. We are a small, integrated group, with specializations in psychoanalytic, humanistic, and cognitive approaches. We welcome both pre-licensed and fully licensed clinicians.

We are especially interested in candidates who approach psychotherapy as both craft and calling—clinicians who bring intellectual curiosity, reflective engagement, and a commitment to ongoing growth. Our clients are diverse, and we seek therapists who are eager to meet that diversity with openness, rigor, and care.

Requirements

• Pre-licensed candidates should hold a master’s degree in counseling. We are currently hiring pre-licensed clinicians on track for eventual LCPC licensure in Illinois.
• Commitment to taking the NCE within six months of hire is mandatory, if not already completed.
• Fully licensed clinical social workers, clinical psychologists, and LCPCs are also encouraged to apply (must hold an active license in Illinois).
• Candidates must demonstrate autonomy, taking responsibility for tasks such as initial client consultations, scheduling, and timely notation.
