Job Description:
Ari’s Lemonade is seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Sales Associates. This role involves working both at our storefront location and at local farmers markets, providing excellent service while preparing and selling fresh lemonade and related products. This is a seasonal position running from May through October, with mandatory weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional, and upbeat manner
- Prepare fresh lemonade and other menu items according to company standards
- Operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Set up and break down market stands, including lifting and transporting supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at both storefront and market locations
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Represent Ari’s Lemonade brand positively in all customer interactions
- Travel to local farmers markets as scheduled
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (for farmers markets)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25–40 lbs
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends (required)
- Availability from May through October for the full season
- Reliable transportation to storefront and farmers market locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be 18
