Production Lead - 2nd Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Proficiently operate wire cutting, stripping, crimping equipment, and hand tools with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and adherence to job specifications.
* Cut and assemble wires and harnesses in accordance with schematics, technical diagrams, and detailed work orders.
* Lead and guide second shift team members, ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
* Monitor workflow and help assign tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
* Perform in-process and final inspections on assembled products.
* Train new or less experienced employees on proper techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use.
* Ensure all tools and equipment are used and maintained correctly.
* Communicate any production issues or material shortages to leadership promptly.
* Complete shift-end duties, including documentation and facility lock-up.
* Promote and uphold company safety policies, 5S standards, and continuous improvement efforts.
* Maintain accurate records of production, scrap, and rework when applicable.
* Other duties or tasks as requested.
Job Requirements
* High School diploma or GED.
* Must be able to accurately use measuring tools and do basic math.
* Must be able to effectively use all tools required for wire harness assembly.
* Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 11:30am to 9:00pm, Friday 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Pay: $18.00 to $20.50 plus a $1.00 shift premium and $1.50 lead premium
