Role Snapshot- Location: Plymouth, WI
- Shift: Night shift opportunities available
- Hours: 12-hour night shifts & 8-hour night shifts
- Pay: $20
You arrive, check your line status, and begin your pre-shift checks. Material is staged, so you load and verify settings. As production ramps, you monitor temperatures, speeds, and outputs—making small adjustments to keep everything in spec. You inspect parts, record results, and address minor issues quickly to maintain flow. Between runs, you help with setups and changeovers, keeping the area clean and safe for the next cycle.
What You’ll Do- Operate and monitor plastics manufacturing equipment to meet production goals
- Perform machine setups and adjustments (for setup-focused positions)
- Load materials and support all steps of the production process
- Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct quality inspections on finished parts and document results
- Follow safety procedures and sustain consistent production flow
- Keep your workstation organized and clean
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Plastics manufacturing background strongly preferred
- Experience in plastic extrusion, machine setup, or production environments is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude (especially valuable for setup roles)
- Comfort standing, lifting, and bending throughout the shift
- Excellent attendance and reliability
