As a Metal Fabrication Welder-Fitter, you’ll put MIG, TIG, and flux-core skills to work in a production environment where quality and safety go hand-in-hand.
Is this you?- Do you run MIG, TIG, or flux-core processes confidently across different metals?
- Can you interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders without missing the details?
- Are you comfortable measuring, cutting, and assembling metal components with accuracy?
- Do you efficiently set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication tools?
- Will you inspect your welds to verify quality and structural integrity every time?
- Do you keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace and follow production guidelines?
- Perform MIG, TIG, and flux-core welding on a variety of metal materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Measure, cut, and assemble metal components for fabrication
- Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication tools
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company safety standards and production guidelines
- Prior welding or fabrication experience is preferred
- Fluency with blueprints and precise measurement
- Hands-on experience with common fabrication tools and welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift materials and work effectively in a manufacturing environment
