Argus Consulting is seeking experienced Project/Program Managers to support capital fuel infrastructure programs at US Commercial airports. This role is ideal for an engineering-focused PM who thrives in complex, regulated environments and can step in with minimal ramp-up.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multi-million-dollar fueling infrastructure capital programs across aviation facilities.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment from kickoff to closeout.
- Partner with cross-disciplinary engineering and design teams (civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, controls, etc.).
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and subconsultants in complex airport environments.
- Serve as primary client interface—building trust, communicating effectively, and ensuring compliance.

Other locations may be considered on a case-by-case basis and annual salary will be aligned with local market ranges. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience, expertise and internal equity.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of project management experience in aviation fueling, oil & gas, power, utilities, or other heavy industrial infrastructure.
- B.S. in Mechanical, Civil or similar Engineering degree
- Familiarity with rotating equipment, welded piping, pressure vessels, isolation, and liquid storage systems.
- Experience in regulated environments (airports, government, industrial).
- PE and/or PMP a plus.
