Job Title: HUB Program Manager
Department: Wellness & Empowerment
Reports To: Sr. Vice President, Wellness & Empowerment
Location: HRC
Job Summary: provide day-to-day HUB program management; supervise HUB Navigator, HIV Testers, Clinical Social Worker, and Art Therapist; prepare all data and fiscal reports submitted to PHS/DHMH, and provide case management and social work services for a small number of HUB clients.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide supervision and oversight to programs staff under supervision
- Complete monthly and quarterly reports and submit to funders to Sr. VP for review prior to submission to funder.
- Ensure all program events planned are within scope of program
- Ensure all programs meet deliverables and develop action steps with team in order to improve performance when deliverables are not met
- Provide and document supervision to staff
- Ensure participants are receiving adequate services
- Ensure all staff receive appropriate training, coaching and supervision
- Conduct Chart reviews in order to ensure program compliance and clt. Eligibility criteria is met in all programs
- Assist in the management of the Drop-in center activities; morning rounds, conflict resolution, and other site specific duties
- Participate in agency wide CQI program for contracts under the supervision of Wellness Empowerment
- Monitor trainings to ensure staff receive required trainings and orientation to new positions
- Collaborate w/ SVP and HR when addressing disciplinary actions with staff
- Conduct staff trainings when needed
- Ensure appropriate program spending to remain on budget and participate in developed of budget and budget modifications
- Ensure quarterly voucher and back up documents are submitted to DOH/PHS
- Collaborate with SVP to complete continuing funding application and or contract renewals when
- Facilitate conflict resolution and medications sessions with staff
- Represent BOOM!Health at related contract funded meetings
- Stay abreast of arising issues affecting target population
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Experience and knowledge of managing grant funded contracts
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum two years’ experience providing services with communities impacted by homelessness, substance use and HIV/AIDS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in harm reduction theory and practice
- Flexible team player and team Leader
- Ability to balance competing assignments with timely, audit quality work
- Available to work some evening hours, as assigned
Education:
Masters level degree in Social Work, Public Health or related field.
Salary: $80,000 a year exempt
