Step onto our Milwaukee, WI floor and into a role where precision meets pride. You’ll start your shift by reviewing blueprints and technical drawings, planning each pass before you ever strike an arc. As projects move from concept to completion, you’ll apply expert TIG (GTAW) techniques across various materials, ensuring every weld meets exacting specifications.
When challenges arise, you’ll troubleshoot root causes, adjust parameters, and keep production moving. You’ll coordinate with teammates to refine processes, uphold rigorous safety practices, and perform routine maintenance so equipment stays at peak performance. Your craftsmanship and problem-solving keep quality—and momentum—high.

We offer both 1st and 2nd shift. The 2nd shift includes a shift premium and runs a four 10-hour day schedule, Monday–Thursday.

What you’ll do
- Execute high-precision TIG welds on multiple materials to meet or exceed specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan work accurately.
- Diagnose and resolve welding issues to maintain steady production flow.
- Partner with peers to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment for optimal results.
- Proven TIG welding experience; MIG experience is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and sound judgment on the floor.
- Fluency in blueprint and technical drawing interpretation.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
