When your shift begins at Argon Industries, you’ll review detailed blueprints and job travelers, select the correct materials, and confirm type, size, quantity, quality, and traceability. You’ll stage tooling, load or edit CNC programs, and optimize bending sequences so every part meets exacting specs with maximum safety, speed, and minimal scrap. Throughout the run, you’ll inspect parts with calibrated equipment to ISO procedures, barcode and tag components, and keep meticulous records—while keeping your cell organized and clean. If you see a safety or quality concern, you have the right and responsibility to stop production and call a supervisor immediately.
