Microsoft Office 365 System Administrator

• Position Overview**: The Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator provides support for the system configuration, upgrade, security administration, change management, monitoring, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 system components.
  
  

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator will also be responsible for design, testing, and implementing solutions to support needed integrations, reporting, forms, and customizations as defined by business requirements.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator will be the main point of contact with ArgenTechs Managed Service Provider (MSP) and work with them to support Cybersecurity and NIST Compliance.

Essential Job Functions In The Following Areas

**Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator:**

• Support resource management software and the implementation thereof (D365).
• Analyze, manage, and maintain a suite of Dynamics 365 applications, such as Business Central, Project Operations, Sales Hub, and Power BI.
• Support end-users with their business processes.
• Manage application changes, develop, and implementation of new solutions.
• Identify and document opportunities that can improve existing processes.
  
  

Microsoft SharePoint And Teams Administrator

• Manage SharePoint and Teams structure, permissions, and accessibility within the company and with all corporate partners.
• Move/Replicate/Delete Site Collections, Sub-Sites, and data as needed.
• Regular review, clean-up, management and configuration of SharePoint and Teams accounts and sites.
• Set up alerts and enforce policies.
• Regularly auditing the SharePoint and Teams environment.
  
  

Cybersecurity And NIST Compliance Support

• Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.

• Protect the system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.

• Implement security improvements by assessing the current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.

• Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.

• Upgrade system by implementing and maintaining security controls.

• Work with ArgenTechs MSP and Facility Security Officer to maintain NIST compliance and achieve CMMC compliance.
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
• Familiarization with WordPress for website maintenance.
• Capability to pass a background check suitable for a security clearance. ArgenTech may choose to sponsor this employee for a US Government Clearance.
• Export - ArgenTech works on systems that are export controlled. Applicant must be a US citizen or be in the process of obtaining citizenship (Green Card).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with outside vendors and internal staff.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to understand ArgenTechs software and systems.

**Education**

• Computer Science (or equivalent) Undergraduate.
  
  

**Physical Demands**

• Administrators spend a lot of time sitting, which may lead to muscle strain. They also may be required to lift computer equipment, materials and supplies up to 50 lbs.
