American Process Management is hiring a Project Controls Manager to support construction projects in the Southeast. The position will be based out of Birmingham, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a division of APM Project Controls to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain client relationships
- Assist with interviews and employee onboarding
- Assist with training of new employees
- Present in business development meetings alongside APM team members
- Visit project sites
Qualifications:
- 5 years project experience
- 5 years leadership experience
- Construction cost experience
Preferred Characteristics:
- Experience on capital construction projects
- Cost experience on capital construction projects preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Ability to mentor and teach
- Professional and customer focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
