Key Responsibilities
- Credit Account Management: Monitor and manage vendor credit accounts, including posting credit memos and adjusting invoices for overpayments or discounts
- Invoice Processing: Review and verify invoices for accuracy, match them to purchase orders and receiving documents, and process payments in a timely manner
- Credit Memo Handling: Prepare, approve, and post credit memos for vendors, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies hireforbelonging.com.
- Vendor Communication: Liaise with vendors to resolve payment issues, credit disputes, or account problems careers.cacm.org.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate vendor files, and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations

Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
