The Opportunity
We’re hiring Recruitment Consultants from 1 year through to Principal level to build and scale desks within the US contract market.
No prior Salesforce experience is required. We’re open to recruiters from any technology or professional services vertical—we’ll provide the market exposure, training, and tools to help you succeed.
You’ll work alongside proven world class biller, using market-leading AI tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, and productivity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own a full 360 contract desk focused on US-based tech hiring (Salesforce-led)
- Build and develop client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions
- Source and engage high-quality tech professionals (full training on Salesforce market provided)
- Provide market insights on rates, hiring trends, and talent availability
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to increase efficiency and output
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and market expansion
- Align with US Eastern Time Zone
Who We’re Looking For
- 1 years to Principal-level experience in 360 recruitment
- Background in any tech or specialist recruitment market (not Salesforce-specific)
- Strong communication, commercial awareness, and relationship-building skills
- Driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment
