Core Responsibilities
• Lead day to day project safety efforts for the Wilson job and support nearby work as needed
• Implement and enforce site specific safety plans, policies, and compliance expectations
• Run safety orientations, toolbox talks, training sessions, and field observations
• Identify hazards early and work with field leadership to address issues before they turn into incidents
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety trends, then communicate lessons learned clearly
• Maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and reporting for leadership
• Build trust with field teams so safety is seen as support to operations, not just enforcement
• Partner closely with company leadership, client teams, and project stakeholders on continuous improvement
Likely Fit
• 5 plus years of construction safety experience
• OSHA 510 required
• Strong working knowledge of field safety practices and the confidence to hold crews and leaders accountable
• Able to train others, communicate clearly, and influence safe behavior on active job sites
• Bilingual is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Best fit is someone based in North Carolina or able to operate regionally near Wilson
Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary around $100K, with flexibility depending on experience
