Title: Marketing Coordinator, Graphic Design & Visual Communications
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Position Summary
75-100k salary.
The Marketing Coordinator supports the company’s marketing and business development efforts through the creation, organization, and execution of visual assets, branded materials, project collateral, and digital communications. This person will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, producing high quality marketing materials, and helping drive internal and external communications. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Branding, Graphic Design, and Templates
- Help maintain consistent branding across all internal and external materials
- Serve as a brand steward by supporting teams across the company with proper implementation of brand standards
- Design high quality graphics for both print and digital use, including infographics, icons, custom graphics, branded items, and other visual assets
- Create, organize, and maintain branded templates such as PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, signage, email signatures, and similar resources
Business Development Support
- Assist with proposals and interview materials, including project sheets, resumes, covers, schedules, logistics plans, graphics, and related collateral
- Maintain and organize marketing libraries, including resumes, project information, and other business development resources
- Develop and produce sales and pursuit materials such as corporate profiles, pitch decks, booklets, and other presentation collateral
Project and Promotional Support
- Create project specific marketing materials such as signage, flyers, banners, and milestone event collateral for groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and similar events
- Design and produce advertisements in support of marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives
Social Media and Website
- Manage and execute the company’s social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Maintain and update company websites with new photography, project information, press releases, and other content
Internal Communications and Initiatives
- Create internal presentations and communication materials to support companywide initiatives and department needs
- Assist with materials related to staff presentations, HR communications, training programs, safety campaigns, DEI initiatives, and similar internal efforts
- Manage and update digital monitor displays throughout the office
- Create and post intranet updates and maintain relevant department pages
Conferences and Events
- Support conference and event leads with booth coordination, collateral development, social media promotion, sponsorship materials, and other event related needs
Administrative Support
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing team to manage tasks and workflows within Monday.com
Qualifications
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in creating print and digital marketing materials
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Detail oriented with a strong eye for branding, layout, and presentation quality
- Experience supporting marketing, business development, or communications efforts preferred
- Familiarity with website updates, social media management, and project coordination preferred
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
