What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from RFQ to order placement, focusing on aerospace and industrial/manufacturing clients.
- Develop and execute pricing and quoting strategies that drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their technical, machining, and operational needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, production, and machining departments, to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into deliverables.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems (Zoho CRM and M1 ERP preferred) to manage quotes, track customer interactions, and maintain organized records.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, including quote hit rates, to refine strategies and improve results.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP) and communicate these requirements effectively to customers.
- Apply practical knowledge of CNC machining, manual, and conventional machining processes to interpret customer specifications and provide accurate technical insights during the quoting process.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (recommended).
- Minimum 3 years of aerospace or industrial/manufacturing B2B sales experience.
- Experience working with machine shops, CNC machining centers, or manufacturing processes, preferably in aerospace component production.
- Technical knowledge of CNC, manual, and conventional machining operations to support quoting, estimating, and customer discussions.
- Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (Zoho CRM and M1 ERP preferred).
- Strong negotiation and pricing strategy development skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical data.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
