What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Manager position at Arena Family of Companies?
If you've ever sat in a meeting wishing you could just own the whole thing, strategy AND execution, this one's for you.
A Northern Colorado food and beverage company is hiring a Brand Manager, and they're not looking for someone who just "manages agencies." They need someone who can set the strategy AND roll up their sleeves and run the spend. Someone who gets just as fired up looking at a Meta campaign dashboard as they do presenting to leadership.
A generous relocation package to Northern Colorado is available!
If you've been the person at your agency or brand who actually does the performance work, not just talks about it, keep reading.
Here's what this role really is: a Performance Marketing operator with brand strategy chops. You'll own paid media across Google Search, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic. You'll hold agencies accountable. You'll turn data into decisions and influence cross-functional teams. And you'll do it at one of the largest food companies in the world, for brands that millions of people buy every week.
What they're looking for:
- 2 years of actual, hands-on paid media management (not just reporting on it, running it)
- CPG or large brand experience is a huge plus
- You know your way around performance metrics, and you can tell the story behind the numbers
- You thrive in fast-moving environments where no two weeks look the same
Compensation is $105K-$135K base, with bonus potential and strong benefits. For candidates who bring directly relevant large-brand or CPG performance experience, there's real flexibility to stretch.
This is Northern Colorado-based, right in one of the fastest-growing corridors in the state. If you're local or ready to make a move, this is a legitimate career-building opportunity at serious scale.
Drop me a message. I'd love to tell you more about the team and why this one is worth a conversation.
