As a Project Manager of Local Installations, you’ll lead smaller‑scale, local projects that allow you to stay hands‑on, build strong relationships, and see your work come to life in your community — all while growing your project management expertise.
🏗️ How You’ll Bring Projects to Life
- Manage local and smaller‑scale Arena projects from planning through on‑site execution and closeout
- Support project scoping, scheduling, and coordination based on defined requirements
- Develop and maintain project timelines, task lists, and budgets
- Coordinate materials, labor, equipment, and logistics to ensure smooth execution
- Manage day‑to‑day project activities, proactively addressing issues, changes, or risks
- Track project costs and support budget control to meet financial targets
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained to company standards
- Follow Arena’s project processes, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Participate in post‑project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as a primary or supporting point of contact for clients on assigned projects
- Communicate project status clearly with internal teams, vendors, and partners
- Help manage expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Support positive client experiences that encourage repeat business
Operational & Technical Coordination
- Partner closely with warehouse and field operations teams during builds and breakdowns
- Coordinate equipment and material deliveries and returns
- Maintain awareness of site layouts, requirements, and installation needs
- Apply working knowledge of Arena’s products, equipment, and event structures
- Ensure compliance with site rules, safety policies, and operational best practices
🧱 What You Bring to the Build
You’re organized, resourceful, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities. You bring structure to moving parts and enjoy working cross‑functionally to keep projects on track.
- Associate degree with 2 years of project management, event operations, or a related field. In lieu of degree, H.S. diploma with 5 years of experience in project management, event operations, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and logistics
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
- Clear communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Ability to manage multiple local projects simultaneously

- Experience in events, construction, production, logistics, or related industries
