Project Manager

Job Overview

Experience managing Bio-Pharmaceutical and Class A Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) projects

· Electrical project management experience from preconstruction to closeout

· Proficiency in electrical estimating and managing vendor quotes (lighting, switchgear, subcontractors)

· Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

· Knowledge of construction management practices

· Familiarity with NEC codes and California electrical regulations

· Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar construction document control platforms

· Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills

· Ability to coordinate with clients, engineers, technicians, and field teams

· Local travel and jobsite presence as needed

Nice to Haves:

· Field electrical experience or past work as an electrician

· Background in electrical engineering or formal design training

· Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Procore, etc.)

· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

· Ability to support or mentor junior team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
