We install residential garage floors and commercial floors using epoxy, urethane, polyaspartics and other seamless coating systems. We are looking for individuals to join our team who are team players with a passion for customer service. We are growing and pride ourselves on promoting from within.
This position provides the opportunity to move up to a crew leader. We need energetic, dedicated individuals willing to work hard and work well under direction, and with other crew members. Responsibilities include concrete preparation using grinding equipment, working with epoxies, and other coating chemicals.
Experience in floor prep and chemical floor installs is a plus but not required. We will provide excellent training. No experience is necessary.
Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work. We are a drug-free workplace.
This job position is part-time to full-time depending on your knowledge and abilities. Hours can range from 30-50 hours per week. We are looking to hire someone immediately.

Wage
- Installer trainees start at $170 per day.
- Eligible for a raise to $180 per day after 7 week training program complete.
- Installers can earn 5% of the job or up to $300 per day if selected by the crew lead as their 2nd installer.
