Compensation That Rewards Expertise

• $100,000 to $170,000 per year
• Base salary
• Commission on every job sold
• Commission paid in two stages:
  • First portion at deposit
  • Final portion upon job completion
• Unlimited earning potential for driven professionals who know how to close

What You’ll Do

This is a senior-level commercial sales role for someone who can operate independently and professionally.

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients
• Prospect new business through calls, emails, and site visits
• Perform in-person estimates and material takeoffs
• Consult with clients on the best coating systems for their facilities
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs

Who We’re Looking For (Read Carefully)

This role is not entry-level.

You must have:

• 5 years of proven experience selling commercial concrete coatings
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Floor prep
  • Epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, and seamless coating systems
• Prior experience producing accurate commercial estimates
• A positive professional referral
• Strong self-motivation and discipline—no micromanagement here

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Personal computer and cell phone
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Tampa Bay area
• Must live in or near Tampa, Florida
• Drug-free workplace
