We are looking for a Part-Time Diesel/Trailer Mechanic – Second shift 5:00 PM to Midnight. If you can produce with little supervision in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in your work and leadership, this is the opportunity for you.

Duties:
Perform basic repairs on tractors and trailers.
Perform preventive maintenance on tractors and trailers to ensure compliance with FMCSA, federal and state regulations.
Maintains accurate maintenance and repair records for the fleet using our fleet software eMaint.
Entering DVIR’s into eMaint for repair orders.
Ensure all equipment has necessary paperwork and licenses to operate legally.
Education and Experience:
High School graduate plus 3 to 5 years experience as a diesel truck mechanic, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
Considerable knowledge of safety practices and techniques in diesel truck and trailer maintenance and repair.
Considerable knowledge of diesel engine operation and repair.
Considerable knowledge of trailer repair.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
Salary : $28 - $32
