Responsibilities
- Install complete HVAC systems in newly constructed residential homes
- Perform rough-in installation of ductwork, refrigerant lines, gas piping, flue venting, and condensate drains
- Set furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ventilation equipment
- Install and wire thermostats and low-voltage controls
- Complete equipment startup, testing, and commissioning
- Read blueprints, floor plans, and mechanical drawings
- Coordinate with builders, project managers, and other trades to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of residential new construction HVAC installation experience preferred
- Experience performing complete rough-in and trim installations
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Experience installing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, and ventilation systems
- Strong understanding of duct layout, airflow, and installation best practices
- Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety requirements, and quality installation standards
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with builders and teammates
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality work
