Do you have experience in construction, HVAC, weatherization, building trades, or project management? Want a career where you can make a real difference in the lives of families in rural Indiana? Area Five Agency on Aging & Community Services is excited to launch our new Weatherization Program serving Cass, Miami, and Wabash Counties, and we're looking for a Weatherization Program Manager to lead the way! In this role, you'll oversee staff, contractors, budgeting, production schedules, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while helping families make their homes safer, healthier, and more energy efficient. Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Building Science, Energy Technology, HVAC Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Relevant industry experience will also be considered in leu of a degree. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
