What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meal Deliverer position at Area Five Agency on Aging & Community Services?
This part-time position is Monday through Friday with hours of 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Assists with packaging and delivery of meals to specific individuals on assigned route. Cleans caddies after route delivery & helps, if needed, with cleaning the meal site. Observes while delivering for any unusual circumstances or changes in normal routine at participant homes and reports to site manager any observance that may be a matter of concern. Must be sensitive to the needs of older adults & have a valid driver’s license.
