- Help patients improve strength, endurance, safety, and independence with daily mobility.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies and home exercise programs.
- Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient outcomes.
