Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a unique travel opportunity at Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center in beautiful Kodiak, Alaska!

This is an incredible opportunity for a PT who enjoys variety in their clinical practice and wants to experience life on one of Alaska's most beautiful islands.

Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center is a Critical Access Hospital and Level IV Trauma Center serving patients of all ages and diagnoses.

The therapy department provides services across multiple settings, including:

• Outpatient rehabilitation
• Inpatient acute care
• Skilled nursing and long-term care
• Wound care
• Lymphedema therapy
• Pelvic floor rehabilitation
• Pediatric rehabilitation

Therapists may float between outpatient, acute care and skilled nursing settings based on facility needs.

Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations is preferred but not required.

• Active Alaska PT license required before submission
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Comfortable working across multiple clinical settings
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility

• Choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts
• Choose a 13-week or 26-week contract
• Day shifts
• No weekends or on-call requirements
• 70 guaranteed hours per two-week period
• Facility may cancel one 10-hour shift per two-week period
• Epic documentation
• Any scrub color or business casual attire
• Free parking
• 46 acute care beds and 22 long-term care beds
