Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located at an acute hospital setting. This assignment involves outpatient care responsibilities, working within a fast-paced environment to support adult and geriatric patient populations. The contract is scheduled to start on 10/12/2026 and end on 01/11/2027, with a typical shift of 8 hours daily.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 10/12/2026 and ending 01/11/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), valid Alaska Physical Therapist license, at least 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred, with skills including acute care, rehabilitation hospital, skilled nursing facility (SNF), and post-surgical care.
• Patient Ratios: Not specified.
• Charting System Experience: Required Epic.
• Additional Unit Information: Experience with outpatient clinics, post-operative care, cervical and spinal conditions, joint replacements, and neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease is preferred.
• Additional Requirements: Must be able to work in an outpatient setting with adult and geriatric patients, and be flexible to support the needs of the facility.
