On a typical day, you will
- Design, manage, and optimize our core GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Clari, etc.).
- Own and refine all processes related to lead/account routing, scoring, lifecycle management, and attribution, partnering with other Operations teams to ensure seamless alignment across the entire revenue funnel.
- Develop and maintain critical dashboards and reports to track top-of-funnel performance, including Marketing & BDR sourced pipeline, account engagement and conversion rates.
- Identify data gaps, implement solutions to improve tracking and quality, and maintain governance across GTM systems.
- Play a key role in planning cycles by connecting program performance to revenue forecasts and informing investment decisions.
- Experience: 5 years in Revenue, Growth, or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Expertise: Expert proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce, including custom object design, workflow automation, and reporting.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics and attribution models (single/multi-touch).
- Process Design: Proven experience implementing effective lead management frameworks (scoring, routing, lifecycle stages).
- Skills: Excellent project management, attention to detail, and a focus on building scalable solutions.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, BDR, and Partner teams to achieve shared revenue outcomes.

- Base salary of $125,000 - $135,000 depending on experience
