Job Duties include:
Customer concern resolution
Customer follow up
Working with service advisors to get fast and accurate information to customers
Help to facilitate customer handling and satisfaction
Help customers to understand how to view our new "multipoint inspection with video/picture media"
Additional duties will be added as this important position develops.
