Job Description:
We are seeking a Receptionist/Cashier with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This position will also be responsible for basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable. This part time position will be a 28 hours per week.
Applicant must be available for these hours:
Tuesday - 8AM - 6PM
Thursday - 8AM - 6PM
Saturday - 7:00AM-5PM

Responsibilities
- Collect and process Customer payments
- Setup Lyft rides for guest
- Assist customers with Rental Agreements
- Direct customers to the correct department
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Scan completed repair orders
- Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
