What You Will Do
• Lead multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Support estimating and negotiated pursuits
• Coordinate directly with superintendents, owners, and trade partners

Ideal Candidate
• 5 years project management experience in a GC environment
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
• Comfortable supporting estimating and pursuit efforts
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management

• Technology progressive, Procore, demonstrated risk discipline
