What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Executive position at Ardith Rademacher & Associates, Inc.?
Moving from a Senior Project Manager to a Project Executive can be a an elusive goal without a clear path. Our client has been building in San Antonio for over 35 years and is looking for their next executive team member. As a Project Executive, you will manage construction teams building Higher Education, K-12 , Health Care / Hospitals and unique signature projects.
We are looking forward to speaking with you if you have:
- 10 years project management experience on K-12, Schools, Higher Education, Healthcare, Life Science, or complex commercial construction with both private and public clients.
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships and teams overseeing constructability, schedule, costs, contract, pay requests, RFI’s, change orders, shop drawings, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft, Procore and scheduling software.
- A track record of strong local client and subcontractor relationships as well as working closely with architects, engineers, and developers.
- A strong ability to manage schedules and budgets while building high functioning teams.
- A Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar or experience equivalent .
