TITLE: Customer Service Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Operations & Marketing & Sales Department

REPORTS TO: Operations Department (During Event) Marketing & Sales Department (Post Event)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Customer Success Coordinator will develop and maintain long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison through on-boarding, deployment, and training, helping to guarantee project/client success and renewals. Work with Project managers by participating in stakeholder meetings and providing onsite support at events. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy with the ability to learn and understand software quickly; has an analytical mind; and is an excellent writer and communicator with a happy and friendly demeanor and positive goal-oriented attitude.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uncover the root cause of a problem, quickly analyze potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Consistently track client interactions and provide regular reports to team members and leadership to identify bugs and specify, outline, and advocate for improvements based on customer feedback
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
  • Work with Marketing team and Operations team to develop easy to understand training materials and provide training and assistance to clients
  • Other duties as assigned

SKILLS:

  • Strong interest in working on a small, collaborative team dedicated to supporting clients and helping the business grow.
  • Experience in customer service, client support, account coordination, or a related role preferred. SaaS support experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems and explain information clearly to clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and supportive approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, stay detail-oriented, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, dependable, and customer-focused, with a willingness to support team and client needs.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that primarily works in a professional office environment during regular business hours. Due to the nature of client and project support, flexibility is required, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to provide coverage and meet business demands.

Some domestic and/or international travel may be required when needed for project support. Travel assignments may require longer workdays than a standard 8-hour schedule. While onsite, the employee may be required to stand for extended periods, respond to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks at once, and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
