About the Role

We are seeking three Technical Assemblers to join our team in a clean, production-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with basic assembly experience who are looking to grow their skills and transition into a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Perform small-part and sub-assembly work following documented procedures and assembly drawings
• Use hand tools and fixtures to assemble components with precision
• Work under a microscope for detailed inspection and assembly tasks as needed
• Perform basic soldering tasks (training available if limited experience)
• Follow clean room protocols and maintain a tidy, organized work area
• Complete basic computer entries for work orders, traceability, and production status
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to ensure quality and throughput
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical or electronic assembly experience required
• Experience in a clean room or controlled environment preferred
• Familiarity with:
• Basic computer functionality (log in, enter data, navigate simple systems)
• Reading and following assembly drawings/procedures
• Microscope use for small-part work
• Soldering for small components
• Small part/precision assembly
• Ability to communicate in English (fluency not required)
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and handle small components

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site in Oxford, MA
