Your role in our family:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Your role will be critical in driving customer retention and maximizing account growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support, and ultimately contribute to the company's success and growth.
What you will get to do:
1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients (20 clients). Understand their business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions and support.
2. Account Growth and Upselling: Identify opportunities to grow accounts and upsell additional products or services. Proactively engage with clients to present new offerings that align with their business objectives.
3. Customer Success: Be the advocate for clients within the company. Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes by collaborating with various internal teams to deliver excellent service and resolve any issues promptly.
4. Customer Onboarding and Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our products or services. Coordinate with production team to provide training and resources to help clients fully utilize our offerings.
5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, usage patterns, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize client satisfaction.
6. Contract Renewals and Negotiations: Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure continued business and client loyalty.
7. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads within existing accounts and support new business development initiatives.
8. Issue Resolution: Act as the point of escalation for client concerns and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
**Note: The responsibilities and requirements mentioned above are general in nature and may evolve based on the company's needs and the specific industry or domain of operation. The Account Manager will be expected to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as required to support the business objectives.
The skills you need to bring to the table:
- Ability to manage 20 accounts
- Ability to sell additional services to your clients (minimum of 1 FTE per month)
- Communicate with clients effectively. Must have excellent verbal skills and email etiquette- Relationship building is key!
- Should feel confident and comfortable making phone calls and video calls
- Ability to communicate a client request with the correct urgency to the production team
- Ability to identify possible risks that may jeopardize the client’s satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis so that all client deadlines are met
- Ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations to clients (many are C-level Executives)
- Ability to apply knowledge from current projects to help the sales team provide a solution to a prospective client
- Ability to increase revenue of current customers by identifying other avenues that ARDEM could grow into within their organization.
Required qualifications:
- 5 Years of proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
