Job Description
This role provides Systems Engineering support for the installation and maintenance of Accenture’s Task Management Solution developed on Microsoft’s Power Platform. The solution has been deployed and use by our Department of War clients located in the continental U.S., Europe and Asia for more almost 20 years. The Microsoft Systems Engineer supporting the role will be working with multiple technologies including PowerApps, Power Platform, Dynamics, SharePoint, SQL, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, Entra ID, load balancing (software or hardware), Exchange, Azure and Office 365.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Dynamics/PowerApps TMT solution installation, configuration, and troubleshooting activities
- Develop and deliver the client installation plan through coordination with clients and the project team
- Act as escalation point for technical issues from clients and other system engineers
- Lead migration of client data from on-premises to cloud
- Manage client expectations regarding solution functionality, deployment processes, and realistic timelines
- Be a subject matter expert in solution architecture in Azure environments.
- Support testing of new version releases and updates to installation documentation
- Collaborates with Leadership Team to review and contribute to Product Roadmaps
- Ability to identify the organizational impact of the technical solution architecture
- Provides technical leadership to the engineering team when necessary
- Provides expert knowledge of product architecture, serving as Subject Matter Expert to business, operations, and technology teams
Required Skills
- 2 years of MS Active Directory design and implementation experience ?
- 2 years of Windows Server technology administration and maintenance ?
- 2 years of Microsoft PowerShell experience, with a focus on automation.
- 2 years of web based .Net Application support in a SQL Server environment.
- 2 years of PowerApps, Power Platform, and Dataverse experience
- Demonstrated Proficiency in Flows, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online
- 2 years of SharePoint Administration
- 2 years working with T-SQL queries (writing/debugging)
- 2 years acting as a technical lead
- 2 years troubleshooting experience for both routine and complex problems
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Security Clearance Requirement:
- Candidates shall possess or be able to obtain a DOD “Secret” (or equivalent) clearance.
- Must be a United States citizen.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
- Security certification (or higher relevant certification).
- Strong documentation and writing skills.
