Electrician

Responsibilities

• Performs the installation, repair, maintenance calibration, and inspection of electrical devices, equipment, and circuits in the plant
• Receives and analyzes wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications to determine electrial needs
• Repair or replace faulty motors, switches, control panel,s circuit breakers, control devices, batching systems, control instrumentation, and other plant electrical and electronic equipment
• Plan and perform work on energized circuits
• Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit install fittings, switches, controls fixtures, and wires
• Connect all types of electrical equipment for new installations
• Plan and perform skilled soldering repairs, installation, and calibration of thermocouple and pyrometer controlled systems
  
  

Minimum Skills / Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Journeyman level Electrican experience required
• Experience in industrial control, lighting, and wiring
  
  

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

• PLC knowledge preferred
  
  

Compensation

The anticipated base annual salary range for this role is $43.68 an hour. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate. The final salary will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
